Susan began teaching library skills classes in 2000, and became Primary team lead teacher in 2009. She has been involved with Greenwood for 20 years. Susan and her husband Bruce have been school parents since 1988, when they enrolled the first of three sons in Greenwood’s preschool. That son, Nathan, has a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, is a published author and role playing game designer, and teaches English at the high school level. Middle son, Alex, has now completed high school, enjoys gaming, and often shares remarkable insights into his own autistic brain with his family. Youngest son Corwin is a Middle school student. A former member of the school’s Board of Trustees, Susan is also a member of Millville Meeting. She has a Master’s in Education and was an English major as an undergraduate. Susan enjoys computers, sci-fi, making sushi with her family, and vacationing in Maine. |
